Rates
Peak Season (December 15 - April 14) - $290* per night
Regular Season (April 15 - December 14) - $230* per night
Rates are based on a maximum four person occupancy, for additional persons including children and infants to a total maximum of six person
occupancy add $10 per person per night. For stays of less than 7 days there is an additional cleaning charge of $125. For stays of 21
days or longer please contact us for available discounts. $100 fee to reserve early check in or late check out, if available
* Rates are subject to Hawaii Hotel Sales Tax (13.42%)

Check-in: 3:00 pm and Check-out: 11:00 am
Deposits
A three night deposit confirms your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to
your arrival along with a refundable damage deposit of $300. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or an E-check.

Cancellations
We recommend travel insurance for the unlikely event you cannot keep your reservation. For travel insurance rates and

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance of your stay are subject to the loss of one night’s deposit. Cancellations
made within 60 days of your reservation will result in the loss of you full deposit, unless we are able to rent the unit
for your reserved dates, in which case you would receive a pro rata refund for the period re-rented, less the one
night deposit.

For stays of more than 2 weeks additional cleaning can be scheduled.
